Our application, Shufti, is a platform created to brings individuals closer to the content in fast expanding growing world. We help make accessible geographically tagged content whether trending or controversial for general consumption and encourage interaction. Our service is completely free. By using Shufti, you agree to these Terms.

What services do we provide?

A way to make accessible an ever-expanding world right in the palm of your hands: With the world at your finger tips, your wish is Shufti’s command. Explore content based on tags and set off on an expedition with the map in search for the great unknown. Interact with other users directly on uploaded content.

A personalized experience with things you care about:

See what ever, where ever you want to see. Tailor and align content based on your interests. Explore the world. With the help of our data analytics, we suggest and help complete a world that you started.

Share to the world your point of view. Develop your own platform and followers who sit right on the edge of their seats waiting for you to deliver more content.

Your responsibility to Shufti and your fellow users

We try our best to make this an enjoyable environment for everyone, but we need your help.

Who can use Shufti?

You must be at least 13 years old to use Shufti. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use Shufti under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

We want individuals to stand behind their opinions and actions. As a result, this provides accountability for a safe and community driven experience. You agree to:

Use your real life name.
Create only one account.
Not share your password, give access to your account to others, or transfer your account to anyone else.

We try to make Shufti broadly available to everyone, but you cannot use Shufti if:

You have previously violated our Terms of Service.

What can you do on Shufti?

We want people to create and share content most near and dear to them with the world. We provide mechanisms for content to be reported and we may remove or restrict access to content in violation of our standards. All content on Shufti is driven by you and others and is considered user-generated content (UGC). Incidental sexual content or offensive content is not permitted and will be removed by us. Your Commitments

By using Shufti, you agree to: Account Security: Provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and update your information as needed. Content Responsibility: Ensure that all content you upload complies with applicable laws and does not violate the rights of others. Respect for Others: Interact with other users respectfully and without harassment, bullying, or harmful behavior. Lawful Use: Use Shufti only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Community Guidelines.

Limitations and Disclaimers

No Warranty: Shufti is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties regarding the service, its availability, or its performance. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glimpse LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Shufti.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our app or sending an email. Your continued use of Shufti after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Upon termination, you continue to be bound by the Your Commitments, Content Ownership and Rights, Privacy and Data Security, and Limitations and Disclaimers Sections of these Terms.

Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you post on Shufti. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content. Our Rights: We may remove or block content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Privacy and Data Security

We care about your privacy. Our Privacy Policy (section below) explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Shufti, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

What permissions do we need?

We require the following permissions to upload content:

Camera (In order to take photos or record videos)
Storage (In order to save content to your content to your device or to allow for you to select your own content for upload)
GPS location (In order to geotag your content)

We don’t require permissions to use our application for viewing content, but would strongly encourage you to allow us to collect your location data to provide yourself and others with the best possible experience.

What information do we obtain?

You elect to provide the following information when you create an account and use our Platform:

Registration information from signing in with existing social network (such as Apple or Google) such as age, username, password, email, Name, Social Media ID, and profile image
In the event you remove Shufti and want to request the removal of any Apple or Google data we have gathered, please send a request to: support@shuftiapp.com

Privacy Best Practices

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your photo uploads do not reveal sensitive information that could be used to track you or others. Be mindful of the content and metadata of the photos you upload.
